4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the following (strictly in the required size/format):
   • High-contrast passport-size photograph.
   • Candidate's signature.
5. Enter Educational Info: Input your MBBS degree marks and internship completion details accurately, as selection is based on a merit list derived from these marks.
6. Preview and Pay Fee: Review your application for errors. Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹2,250 for all categories via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
7. Download Form: Print the "Part-A" and "Part-B" of the application form. Keep these hard copies safe; they are required during physical document verification at the time of counselling.
