• Candidates should possess valid GATE score card of GATE 2023, 2024 & 2025 in Electronics & Communication (GATE code: EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE code: CS) along with :
• B.E or B.Tech in the fields of: Electronics or Electronics & Tele-communication or Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering; from a Government recognized University/ College/ Institute OR
• Master’s Degree in Science with Electronics or Physics with Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Computer Science; or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications; from a Government recognized University/ College/ Institute.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, candidates must be Indian citizens between 18 and 27 years old as of November 16, 2025 (with age relaxation for reserved categories). Educational qualifications require a valid GATE scorecard from 2023, 2024, or 2025 in CS or EC, along with a B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc./MCA in a relevant field from a recognized university.

2. Register with a valid email and mobile number to receive login credentials.
3. Log in and accurately complete the online application form with personal, educational, and contact details.
4. Upload required documents, including a recent photograph, signature, GATE scorecard, and other relevant papers, ensuring they meet the specified size and format.
5. Pay the application fee online. The fee is ₹200 for General/OBC/EWS and ₹100 for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, and all female candidates.
6. Review your application before submitting.
