• For Trade Apprentices (ITI/12th Pass/Graduate/Data Entry Operator): Register on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal.

• For Technician Apprentices (Diploma): Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal. 

Ensure your profile on the respective portal is 100% complete and you have your registration/enrollment number. 

Step 2: Complete the Application on the IOCL Portal 

After receiving your NAPS/NATS registration details, proceed to the Indian Oil careers website to finalize your application. 

1. Visit the official IOCL careers website at iocl.com/apprenticeships.
2. Navigate to the "Apprenticeships" section and locate the link for the relevant division (e.g., "Engagement of Apprentices under Refineries Division – 2025").
3. Click the "Apply Online" link for the IOCL portal (often found below the NAPS/NATS links).
4. Fill in the application form with all required details, including your personal information, educational qualifications, and NAPS/NATS registration number.
5. Select your preferred refinery unit and upload scanned copies of all required documents, including your photograph, signature, and educational certificates.
