- Eligibility : Candidate must have passed the Primary Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by MP Employees Selection Board, Bhopal for the year 2020 or 2024, with a qualifying score as prescribed.
- Educational Qualifications (as per Rule 8, Schedule-III of Bharti Niyam 2018) : Higher Secondary (12th) or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks & 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or equivalent / Special Education Diploma OR
- Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with minimum 45% marks & 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)
(as per NCTE Regulation 2002) OR
- Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks & 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR
- Graduation & 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or equivalent.
- Note : Reserved Categories (SC/ST, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and Divyangjan) will receive 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks.
- Validity of Certificates:
Academic/Professional qualifications must be obtained from a recognized institution only.
- Any additional essential documents issued by competent authorities will be considered valid only after proper verification and submission within the due date.

- Note : Reserved Categories (SC/ST, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and Divyangjan) will receive 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks.
- Validity of Degrees / Diplomas
Only degrees/diplomas from recognized institutions (academic and professional) will be considered valid.
- Additionally, all required certificates issued by competent authorities recognized by the State Government will be accepted only after verification and submission by the candidate within the stipulated time.
